REVAMPING THE NATIONAL MARKETING APPROACH - MASER ENGINEERING

As part of this strategic project, I conducted an in-depth analysis of marketing trends tailored to the industrial sector and reviewed internal processes to perform SWOT analyses across the company’s three business units.

I engaged with activity and sales managers across our sites in France to identify their expertise and marketing and communication needs. To optimize costs, I mobilized internal resources (graphic designers, motion designers, developers, etc.) based on the priorities set by management. Together, we co-created tailored tools and communications, including templates for bids, visual materials for trade shows, posts, a new website, and a database of icons and pictograms. After demonstrating the necessity, these initiatives were supported by the implementation of two new tools. The first one was a more modern CRM/prospecting tool to enhance client relations and prospecting efforts. The second was one social media management tool.

I also managed specific projects, such as developing a training catalog website compliant with Qualiopi certification and overseeing the launch of an intranet project.

Through these actions, I gained cross-functional expertise in the company’s products, know-how, and commercial processes. This allowed me, at the request of the Commercial Director (my direct superior), to propose a complete overhaul of the marketing strategy, along with a detailed and budgeted two-year marketing and communication plan aligned with growth objectives (revenue and net income) while minimizing financial investment.

My skills in marketing, communication, and project management facilitated the deployment of internal and external tools and communications that improved employee productivity and strengthened employer branding and the company notoriety. DEVELOPMENT OF THE HEALTH & SAFETY AT WORK CULTURE AIRBUS AIRCRAFT FRANCE

In 2013, I was the only intern recruited by the Health and Safety Department at Airbus Toulouse to strengthen the health and safety culture among thousands of employees and on-site subcontractors. I took the initiative to quantify the workload in full-time equivalents, which facilitated the implementation of a dedicated service that I subsequently managed as a consultant for five years.

To enhance prevention, I collaborated with the Multi-Media Support team to develop thematic materials with distinct visual identities (posters, brochures, roll-ups, etc.), increasing annual production from 4 to an average of 118. These visual identities are now recognized across the company and have strengthened both the department's visibility and the impact of its messages.

I also led the creation of the "A2E" application for external companies operating on Airbus sites. This platform centralizes regulatory documents and ensures traceability in compliance with GDPR laws. This innovative solution, which I designed and supervised with MMS, was adopted by Airbus Germany and the UK after being acclaim at an international Airbus Group marketplace in 2018.

In 2017, I co-organized the Road Risk Prevention Event at Airbus Toulouse. Thanks to an innovative communication campaign, attendance rose from few participants the previous year to over 800 unique visitors and 1,580 booth visits. A feedback survey via an interactive kiosk showed a 100% satisfaction rate. The event was praised by high top management, who personally commended the person I supported and allocated additional resources.

As part of continuous improvement efforts, I proposed and established an internal Health and Safety Ambassador Network in 2018. Composed of Workplace First Responders and Emergency Response Team members, this network has become a key channel for sharing prevention information and addressing field issues, while making the department's communications more relatable and personal.

My actions significantly enhanced the recognition of the Health and Safety teams, helping to reduce workplace accidents and occupational illnesses relative to the workforce size and production rates, which have grown considerably since 2014 (confidential data).
